If your profile matches the requirements, we will invite you to translate a small text. If you pass this test, you become part of our network of translators. Our response time can vary, but you can rest assured that we will get in touch. For a client, we set up a pool of generally 3 translators per language. Depending on the text, there may be different translation pools per client (e.g. a technical and a marketing pool). To guarantee consistency, we outsource translation jobs at first to people in the specific pool. When adding people to a pool or when setting up a new pool, we check if you match with the client. For this purpose, we may send you a job description and a sample file to double-check if the pool suits you.
