Document analysis + document optimization

We analyze technical documentation for legal and editorial requirements. During the legal document analysis we check, depending on the product, which legal and normative requirements must or should be met. In the case of editorial document analysis, we check the following aspects, among others: :: Structure and presentation, e.g. typography and layout, chapter structure, use of markups :: Text, e.g. sentence structure, sentence length, tables, consistency :: Illustrations, e.g. text-image arrangement, representations, markings in the image :: Indexing of contents, e.g. table of contents, index Warnings, e.g. structure, formulations, symbols The results of the document analysis are recorded in a written report. This shows the strengths and weaknesses of technical documentation, includes explanations, examples and recommendations for maintenance or optimization.
