UV Curing Material Class 3

This material class combines the advantages of both heat and UV curing technologies. These resins, suitable for a wide range of applications such as transformers, filters, capacitors, etc., feature high thermal conductivity, low water absorption, excellent dielectric properties, and superior thermal endurance. Certified to UL 94 V-0 for flame resistance, these materials are preheated to temperatures below 60°C and then exposed to UV light for complete curing. The curing process is driven by a curing wave, which solidifies the material entirely within seconds.
