Using an Infrared laser, silver (Ag) or copper (Cu) nanoparticles are melting extremely quickly in nano inks, enabling high-speed and high-temperature sintering while reducing the thermal effect on the substrate, as it does not absorb the laser radiation.

An integrated real-time temperature measurement directly in the focal area of the work piece enables permanent monitoring of the emitting process heat, precise quality control and the lowest possible resistance of the printed conductive tracks.
