Infrared laser systems for efficient laser sintering of metallic Nano inks

Using the infrared laser SPOLD, nanoparticles made of silver (Ag) or copper (Cu) in nano inks are sintered in extremely short time intervals, so that not only a high production speed is possible, but also the heat effect on the substrate is reduced, since it does not absorb the laser radiation of 940nm.
In particular, the use of line optics with an 80 mm wide top-hat beam profile increases the efficient production of printed electronics compared to existing thermal technologies. The laser module, including flexible fiber, can be easily integrated into roll-to-roll production systems.
