Distribution Contracting in a Modern Retailing World

Much has been made of moves towards modern retailing in the OOSD world. How much is really new? How are the relationships of airlines, agencies and technology providers changing? These relationships and the contracts that underpin them still need to be managed, but now there may be more of them and each one with more moving parts. Changes in the legal environment will have an impact, in particular new EU competition rules relating to airline/agency relationships.
