The Tixserve platform is also integrated with hmv - the UK-based music & film retailer - building a branded ticket delivery app, called "hmv tickets". hmv works closely with major record companies and their artists to create exciting and engaging in-store events. Enhanced Features - Covid-19:

Tixserve is responding to a surge of interest from new clients, as among other things, we have developed new features that enable compliance with Covid-19 protocols for the safe resumption of attended sports games and live music concerts. For more information, see our brochure.

How it works:

The digital ticket is delivered to a secure smartphone app, downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. Typically, the Tixserve-powered white-label app is branded for clients as an extension of their brand identity. The Tixserve solution may also be integrated with an existing compatible client-branded smartphone app.
Various features co-exist with the core ticketing functionality to enhance fan engagement & their live event experience and to monetise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Unlike other digital ticket solutions, the Tixserve ticket functionality works offline. Thus ensuring a high degree of reliability and peace of mind for both fans and clients where there is no/poor network coverage at or near the venue/event.
The ticket is never "lost", even when the phone loses battery power or the device is lost/stolen and genuine ticket-holders are assured of entry to the event.

Health & Safety - Covid-19: The Tixserve solution enables clients to sell and fulfil tickets at short notice at a time when the availability of venues and confirmation of fixture dates are uncertain. It also enables compliance with Covid-19 protocols, with explicit fan/patron acceptance of new terms & conditions, compulsory viewing of "do's and don'ts" video, touch-less ticket validation/scanning, data on the people that actually attended the event to facilitate contact tracing requirements and real-time communications for crowd control and information.
Financial: Automated, fast, low-cost distribution of tickets, including bulk distribution of tickets to relevant stakeholders - such as sponsors - combined with the potential to generate new contextual digital marketing and m-commerce revenue streams for the benefit of the clients and its business partners/sponsors.
