Playbook Labs is a residential course taught through a mixture of face-to-face sessions and remote mentoring designed to enable you to step out of the day to day, maximise your potential and learn how to make the jump from a great plan to a sustainably high performing organisation. The course journey starts very broadly, understanding how the biggest changes in society are likely to impact the industry. Slowly the focus draws down to the implications on your own organisation, and finally your personal role as a leader.
