Octava Foundation is a Singapore-based private grantmaker with the mission to enable equitable education and skills development. Earlier in 2021, Octava Foundation launched its inaugural Octava Social innovation Challenge, aimed at identifying and supporting EdTech solutions or education solutions harnessing technology that improve learning outcomes for underserved learners in 5 Southeast Asian countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and/or Vietnam). The Challenge Winners will be announced in Feb 2022. Winning solutions will be supported with USD50,000 grant funding each and a bespoke 10-months support program to further their scale and impact.
