Asset Manager - Spain (Madrid)

The Asset Manager will be a key member of the Asset Management Team, reporting into the Team Leader within the Asset Management department in Spain. The Asset Manager is responsible for the verification of the operation of sites and projects in the Spanish Sonnedix portfolio of Solar Power Plants. The position assesses and optimises the performance of the assets over their entire life-cycle, focusing on Risk and Health and Safety (H&S) Management, and the optimization of available resources across the asset stakeholders. Together with the O&M department, the Asset Manager should propose and evaluate upgrading solutions, suggest performance improvements and ensure the optimum performance of the plants. The Asset Manager takes also part into the integration to the Sonnedix Standards of new adquired portfolios. The Asset Manager also manages close relationships with the O&M and Finance department and key stakeholders especially with landowners, authorities, lenders, investors.
