The Commercial Asset Manager will work as part of the Asset Management (AM) team, based in Milan, being accountable for the successful delivery of the commercial business case of Italian projects and / or portfolios. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the technical and commercial indicators are met or exceeded during the project lifecycle while managing through the risks and expenditures for the purpose of achieving the organizational strategic plan and goals.
The Commercial Asset Manager will work closely with the internal departments (e.g. Operations & Maintenance, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Engineering & Construction, etc.) as well as with key external stakeholders especially, but not limited to, landowners, authorities, lenders, investors, DSO/TSO, electricity off-takers.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the Italian photovoltaic/renewables and solar Asset Management;
- Excellent knowledge of modern PC software and communication tools e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
- Highly organized style, demonstrated ability to set priorities
- Self-motivated, problem-solver with high attention to detail
- Strong language skills in spoken and written English
