Last years Skills for Energy event was a great success, with over 350 students attending the event which was held at the Energy Skills Centre on the Lowestoft Campus of East Coast College. Students got involved with interactive activities and spoke to exhibitors about the different careers available in the energy industry! Hopefully we will be back with a live event in 2021!
Skills for EnergySkills for Energy is a core programme of the East of England Energy Group (EEEGR). It is led by industry with the primary aim of ensuring the ongoing diversity and volume of skilled individuals for the current and future wellbeing of the energy sector. The programme is centred on addressing core skills needs across all energy sectors, both technical and commercial and this is achieved through collaborative partnerships.
