Agricultural films with LUMINOUS CASCADE®, a real lever for optimising crops under shelter: results of the ECLA project

The ECLA project, led by CASCADE, a start-up company, used the principle of LUMINOUS CASCADE® to adapt the solar spectrum to the needs of plants grown under cover. The result is a breakthrough innovation for agricultural films used to cover greenhouses or large tunnels, with positive feedback from market gardening in Andalusia and Sicily since 2019. A launch is planned in France in 2024 via the company AGRIPOLYANE.
