As part of our Export Club, we're holding a workshop on Tuesday 16 January to help you conquer German markets.
Despite fluctuating harvest volumes, ongoing prospecting remains essential to improve distribution and raise your profile. Canvassing means first and foremost establishing a strategy (which markets? which objectives?...), putting tools in place (pricing policy, negotiation grid, sales pitch...) and following a method (how to manage time, when and how to follow up...).
Building customer loyalty reduces the need for prospecting.
The big trade fairs are coming up in 15 days or a month and I haven't done anything yet. What do I need to do urgently?
Karl-Frédéric REUTER trained as an agricultural engineer and oenologist and worked as an export manager for over 10 years in some fifty countries (Château Montus & Bouscassé, Champagne Bollinger). He has been an approved consultant and trainer for the AOC Conseils network for 4 years. As a specialist for the Loire Valley, he provides practical, hands-on support for winegrowers, merchants and wineries in their commercial development.
This workshop will take place on Tuesday 16 January 2024 at SIVAL in the Aubance room, from 2pm to 4pm.
