Concours Sival Innovation : Fourage-CTI présente L'utilisation de l'eau ozonée pour le nettoyage et la stérilisation des bouteilles en rinceuse
Information
An ozonated water production system on the bottle rinser’s water supply line to sterilise the water used with a rinser and impeccably sanitise the bottle rinser in the water-drawing group.
Thanks to the ozonated water, the system also eliminates industrial flavourings from the glass.
To limit water consumption, the ozonated water production system is set up to recover water coming out of the rinser for retreatment and to work in looping mode.
It is coupled with the rinser and pump water recovery tank for looping.
This makes for significant water savings.
Today, a rinser/water drawer processes 6000 to 7000b/h: depending on the rinser brand, water consumption varies from 9l/min to 15l/min, i.e. between 4 and 7 m3 of water is used for rinsing each day (8-hour production day).
With this water recovery and ozone treatment system, the equivalent volume of a recovery tank is used in terms of consumption (so at least 20 times less!)
In addition, the use of ozonated water means that the rinser is constantly disinfected, so chemical sterilisation cycles are not required with this machine – saving water, chemical products and time.
This solution also enables bottles to be treated as follows, as the user wishes:
With a liquid rinse, with or without ozone.
Using lost water or in looping mode.
Permanently sterilising the rinser.
