The realities of the world's current situation have pushed traditional players to find new areas of entertainment. Esports is a fast-growing industry that took the world by storm, and many are scrambling at the opportunity to take their share of the market. This includes new methods for affiliation and marketing, and mordernised looks for sites.
And, as LatAm cultural diversity has always required a focus on localisation - both in terms of hiring practices, and product development - with one of the main factors being the various languages spoken in the region, existing employees have also been required to work away from the office, an exercise which required aggressive communication strategies to be put in place.
