ADVANCED FILLET, STICK AND PATTY INSPECTION
Inspections

Information
Seafood fillets, sticks, and formed patties present unique inspection challenges, including variable thickness, fragile product structure, inconsistent breading coverage, and the risk of foreign material entering the production stream. Prospection Solutions’ Fillet, Stick & Patty Inspection System is engineered specifically to help seafood processors identify product anomalies and maintain consistent quality in high-speed production environments.
Designed to integrate seamlessly into existing seafood processing lines, the system operates on standard 24" or 40" wire belts while maintaining a compact footprint of only four feet. The system simultaneously inspects the top and bottom of each product, enabling processors to identify anomalies, foreign material, and breading irregularities that may impact product appearance, quality, and consumer confidence.
Advanced inspection technology helps processors improve product uniformity by identifying misshaped portions, broken products, incomplete breading coverage, and other irregularities that affect retail presentation. The system can also detect small visible contaminants, identifying objects as small as 1.5 mm, helping processors remove affected products before packaging.
An integrated rejection system automatically removes defective products from the line, helping maintain product consistency while supporting efficient, high-throughput operations. With a rugged hygienic design and IP69K-rated construction, the system is built to withstand demanding seafood processing environments requiring frequent washdowns.
The Prospection Fillet, Stick & Patty Inspection System helps seafood processors strengthen quality assurance programs, protect brand integrity, and ultimately find what others miss.
