The BALZO Bin Washing Machine is designed for efficient and thorough cleaning of bins used in shrimp processing plants. Composed of a two-stage tunnel: washing and rinsing, it can clean 60 to 80 bins per hour. Each spray nozzle is directed to a specific area of the bin, ensuring complete cleaning of both interior and exterior surfaces. Each stage has its own water recirculation tank and dedicated pump, selected specifically for this application. The machine includes a filtration system with meshes of different sizes for continuous cleaning during operation.
