Estel VMS system enables end to end management of vouchers, from PIN generation, to managing their lifecycle & eventual redemption for payment:
1. Secure PIN generation
2. PIN lifecycle management via various states the PIN goes through (generation, printing, warehousing, sale, active/inactive, redemption, used, stolen, barred etc)
3. Posting of payment or recharge into customer’s account, when they scratch off card & send PIN via SMS, USSD, IVR or web
The system can be implemented either stand alone, or, as a part of any of our m- Commerce/E-recharge solutions.
It can be used by Telecom Operators, Financial Services, Utilities & services providers alike
