Information
The Deep Sea Red Crab (Chaceon maritae)
is a cold water crustacean, captured
between 600 and 1200 meters deep in the
Southeast Atlantic Ocean (FAO47), using
pots and traps as fishing gear.
Our high-quality product is wild-caught,
classified by sizes and cooked in
seawater without additives. Immediately
after deep frozen on-board, all in an ongoing
process of a few hours to
guarantee its exquisite texture, flavor
and freshness.
