We offer the market 3 different species of caviar: Ascipenser baerii (SIBERIAN), Acipenser gueldenstaedtii (OSETRA) and Huso huso (BELUGA). Best qualities from selected origins.
SIBERIAN caviar comes exclusively from the Acipenser baerii species, the most widely produced sturgeon due to its remarkable adaptability to various environments and rapid growth. The medium-sized roe range from dark gray to black and offer an elegant nutty flavor, making it perfect for pairing with other foods.
OSETRA caviar can come from two species: the Acipenser gueldenstaedtii (Russian sturgeon) or the Acipenser persicus, native to the Caspian Sea.
We exclusively work with the Russian sturgeon, producing an elegant caviar with a long-lasting flavor and a rich, creamy texture. The medium-tolarge roe range in color from light gray with golden hues to pure gold.
BELUGA caviar comes from the Huso huso species, a massive fish that produces the finest caviar in the world. Its medium-to-large roe vary in shades of gray. In terms of tasting, Zar Imperial Beluga offers a delicate and intense flavor with an exceptionally creamy texture.
