Saithe fillets, lightly salted and cold smoked. After smoking, the fillets are IQF frozen and glazed for protection. Weight of individual pack: 5 kg Boxes per pallet: 106 Royal Iceland gets the raw material directly from the boats from daily landings in the local area. We process them all ourselves and sell them directly into distribution in Europe and also export to Asia and USA. Our production sites are located in Njardvik, Iceland and Znin, Poland. Both factories work in line with all food safety standards required by both FDA and EU regulations. The production site in Poland (Masago and Tobiko) is BRC certified.
