Caviar Pirinea4G601As Spain’s leading producer of large trout, trout feed, caviar and sturgeon, the Pirinea Group comprises 12 large fish farms. Four of these are located in the foothills of the Pyrenees, three in Galicia, one in northern Portugal and four in France (Normandy). Since 2013, we have been working to strengthen Spanish inland aquaculture, and we currently produce 6,000 tonnes of trout per year. Our fish farmers care for our trout throughout their entire life cycle using responsible and sustainable farming methods, in accordance with our code of good practice, which respects animal welfare and the environment.
