Our terrines combine traditional craftsmanship with practical convenience for professional foodservice applications. Pre-sliced, deep-frozen, individually removable, and ready to eat, they offer an efficient solution for kitchens that value both quality and presentation. Simply thaw, plate, and serve. Thanks to their elegant appearance and easy handling, our terrines are particularly suitable as starters, but also for banqueting, buffets, and à la carte service. Available in three varieties: Salmon & Spinach Terrine – terrine with pieces of cooked salmon fillet and leaf spinach in yoghurt jelly. Smoked Salmon Terrine – terrine with a horseradish cream cheese mixture and pieces of cooked salmon fillet, coated with smoked salmon. Smoked Trout Terrine – terrine made with cream cheese and three distinct layers of smoked trout, cress, and smoked salmon. All varieties are supplied pre-sliced, quick-frozen, and individually removable in 30 g portions, ensuring convenient handling, consistent presentation, and reliable portion control.
