Information

Tsubu Gai - Sashimi consists of raw whelk removed from its shell and thinly sliced. The meat is carefully packed into vacuum-sealed trays and quick-frozen to maintain optimal freshness. Each tray contains 160 g. Weight individual pack 160g. Weight master carton 1.6kg (10x160g). Produced in Iceland Whelk latin name: Buccinum undatum. Fishing area FAO27.

Both factories work in line with all food safety standards required by both FDA and EU regulations. The production site in Poland (Masago and Tobiko) is BRC certified.
