Information
Shishamo is a mature capelin female with roe content of 16-20%. The hole female is semi-dried following a traditional Japanese method. After drying, the fish are carefully packed into vacuum-sealed trays and quick-frozen to preserve freshness. Each tray contains 200 g, typically holding 11–13 pieces.
