Green Sea Urchin Roe has a variety of colors, ranging from clear yellow, orange, light and dark brown and red gonads. Harvesting period for high quality gonads is from October to late April. Available as: A. grade 100g UNI: Best quality leaves in shape, color and texture. Packed in Sushi style tray of 5x20g and master box of 1,6kg. Frozen with liquid nitrogen in -70°C. Restaurant box (Italian style): Sea urchin roe packed in 100g x 12 or 18 boxes, (master box: 1.2 kg x 9). Also available in 500g boxes x 12 in one master box. Produced in Iceland. Fishing area FAO27.
