Information

Masago is produced from capelin roe with addition of sugar, salt, vinegar and different kind of other natural additives and food coloring. Available in different colors; Orange, Green (Wasabi), Red, Black, Gold, Yuzu. We offer masago both, as standard, and Non Azo (natural colors), Non Gluten versions. For EU: 12x500g Boxes per pallet: 108. Produced in Poland and Iceland For USA: 4x2kg and 8x1kg Boxes per pallet: 135 Produced in Iceland Raw material: Capelin roe (from Mallotus villosus). Harvesting period: The main roe season is March Fishing area: FAO 27 Iceland.

To "traditional markets": Cod roe IQF and paste, Sea urchin roe and Whelk We are a fishing company specialized in shallow water fishing of Whelk, Sea cucumbers, Sea urchins and Crabs in Iceland. We process them all ourselves and sell them directly into distribution in Europe and also export to Asia and USA. Our production sites are located in Njardvik, Iceland and Znin, Poland. Both factories work in line with all food safety standards required by both FDA and EU regulations. The production site in Poland (Masago and Tobiko) is BRC certified.
