Fish Invest Ltd. is a leading Bulgarian producer of rainbow trout, carp, and sturgeon for black caviar production.
We operate a modern cage farming facility at Ogosta Reservoir, with a capacity of 200 cages, farming carp for consumption and sturgeon for our premium caviar brand Caviastra. In addition, we manage six reservoirs in the Montana region, ensuring stable supply and controlled production.
Our products are processed in a state-of-the-art enterprise fully compliant with the highest European quality standards.
The production process in the trout farm is certified under GLOBAL G.A.P. For us, this is not just a document but a symbol of transparency and accountability. The certificate further acknowledges the traceability, ecological, and social responsibility of our work.
