Welcome to G4GC's 2022 virtual convening: Reclamation and Reciprocity: Harvesting Just and Liberated Futures for Girls, Femmes, and Gender-Expansive Youth of Color. We’ve got a jam-packed week (Oct 25-27th) of FREE virtual workshops, plenaries, exciting keynote speakers and performances that bring together our community of funders, grantee partners, and of course, youth!

CONVENING SESSION TYPES

• Plenary: Panel discussions intended to uplift important themes in the work to advance justice for girls, femmes, and gender-expansive youth of Color (all audiences welcome).
• Workshops: Facilitated and structured opportunities to learn about specified topics. Please note that some workshops are intended for specific audiences (grantees, funders, youth) and require pre-registration.
• Office Hours: Drop-in opportunities for grantees and organizations supporting girls, femmes, and gender-expansive youth of Color to get real-time answers to questions about topics related to organizational development and infrastructure.
• "Kiki" Circles: The term "kiki" comes from Black LGBTQ+ communities and refers to a gathering of friends to chat. These are opportunities for participants to meet and build community with one another in a lightly facilitated setting.

When G4GC refers to “girls of Color” we include includes any cis, trans, gender-expansive, non-binary and/or any girl or femme-identified person age 25 and younger who identifies as Black, Indigenous, Latina, Asian, Arab, Pacific Islander, and/or other People of Color.
