The European RailActivation project, led by Mafex and involving a consortium of 4 partners (Tecnalia, Rail.S, Ditecfer and the Association of Italian Universities Quinn) was launched last year. Mafex - Spanish Railway AssociationNon-profit association whose main objective is to serve the Spanish Railway Industry and the defense of the general interest of its current 93 members through the implementation of actions in the field of internationalization, innovation and competitive improvement and institutional relations. For this, it is based on the experience and prestige of the Agex Group Federation to which it belongs. Mafex is a member of CEOE and UNIFE (European Railway Industry Association). It actively collaborates with entities such as Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, Adif, Renfe, Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Alamys, Uitp, Icex and Basque Government among others.
