With over 20 years of experience developing our outcome-based in-school dance programs, after hours mobile studio programs, entertaining at functions like birthdays, fetes, discos and concerts, our team is prepared to cater for all your dance needs!
Our instructors have deep foundations within dance and passion to share their expertise with others. Our team has witnessed first-hand the benefits of dance. You may have heard that, “Dance Fit is a different kind of fit.” It’s true! Dance incorporates many different muscles of the body, raises heart rates, pushes flexibility and balance. As a creative outlet, dance utilizes both the left (creative) and right (analytical) sides of the brain, therefore strengthening a student’s mental ability to comprehend other subjects such as English and math.
We have also had stories of how dance has benefitted the mental health of participants. Each of our instructors carry these stories close to their hearts as testimonies to the power of dance.
