The Fund fosters and develops relationships with Canadian producers, broadcasters and distribution partners, and helps drive the discoverability of our content with Canadian and international audiences. By working with regulators and government organizations, the Shaw Rocket Fund aims to make quality content for kids a global priority. It strongly believes that quality media fuels young, imaginative minds, and that kids’ lives are enriched through interaction with great creative content on all platforms. With the continuous creation of exciting new Shaw Rocket Fund initiatives, its goal is to drive the industry and successfully blast Canadian kids content into the future. Since its inception, the Shaw Rocket Fund has invested over CAN$281 million in 1,174 Canadian media content projects for children, family and youth audiences worldwide.
