By combining an aluminum body and a covering of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic, HyBlade® sets completely new aerodynamic standards.
In particular, its aerodynamically optimized
shape enables outstanding noise benefits at
even higher efficiency levels when compared
with conventional fan blades. With the AxiTop
diffuser, much of the kinetic energy can
be converted to static pressure by slowing
down the air flow.
This conversion boosts the
impeller’s pressure increase. In this fashion,
the efficiency can be improved significantly
with aerodynamically optimized matching of
all components, making it possible to lower
the speed and consequently to reduce the
noise level.
