ARTsolar was established in 2010 in Durban, South Africa, and remains one of the pioneers of the South African Photovoltaic (PV) solar panel manufacturing industry. We are 100% locally owned and are currently the only South African PV manufacturer that specialises in high volume production for the Northern Cape PV farms. Its production facility is fully capable of laminating and framing PV modules, with a capacity up to 300MW annually.

Hlamara Energy (Pty) LimitedWe are a South African start-up BEE youth owned solar PV project developer, EPCM and O&M contractor based in Pretoria. We are focused on commercial rooftop applications and positioning as an ideal BEE partner for utility-scale PV projects, supported by a young dynamic workforce with a collective experience of 50 years in the energy industry. We are a subsidiary of Hlamara Group, which is developing Africa’s only vertical-integrated solar PV project with interests in silica mining and developing a silicon smelter in Rustenburg (North West) and manufacture of solar PV cells & panels in Emalahleni (Mpumalanga) and Upington (Northern Cape).
