How Harbour Industrial Capital is planning to raise a 100m dollar ecosystem fund

In this session we will introduce the new 100 million dollar ecosystem fund that Harbour Industrial Capital is planning to raise. This will be our second fund focused exclusively on Polkadot. We will discuss why we see the need for such a new ecosystem fund, and how we plan to raise it. Target LPs will primarily be Family Offices with little no exposure to Web3 which is where we see the greatest opportunity for untapped capital.
