G2M Group

G2M are a specialist real estate investor in the UK residential rental asset class. They target a range of investment strategies, including joint ventures, mixed pool funds and separate mandates, all with different risk-return profiles. G2M have recently demerged allowing for greater flexibility and opportunity to work with institutions who share our vision of using long term investment to create and more sustainable and affordable rental model for the UK. We know that home ownership is not necessarily everyone’s destiny but such households can be reliant on a private rental sector that has significant environmental and social challenges. We believe the UK requires a large, structural shift towards institutional ownership and are at the forefront of that change.
