Below, we outline how Via for School’s hardware and software offers Bus Tracking, a Web-based Route Management System, Real-time Monitoring and Notifications, and Data Analytics and Reporting. We additionally outline the professional services included as a package with our software solution, such as support for service design and school planning, map management, and training of district administrators, drivers, and school staff. All of these components, modules, and support options are highly integrated and together provide a seamless, cutting-edge technological solution for pupil transportation. However, the modular design of our system allows our partners to choose which hardware, software, and support options are right for their district’s needs. For example, a district could choose to purchase the Parent / Caregiver App and web portal without the Student App, or the Driver App and GPS-enabled device solution without the student monitoring solution facilitated by the QR code scanners.
