  • A rapid pivot of an existing pilot into a launch of an app dedicated to New York City’s essential worker community 
  • App combined public and private mobility modes by enabling essential workers to plan a public transit journey and book a subsidized for-hire-vehicle from 3 private providers during the nightly subway shutdown (1am-5am)
