What if I click on a session and the livestream doesn't start? Try refreshing your web browser. If that doesn't work, please contact your internal IT team to ensure that your VPN or network allows videos from Youtube. For further assistance, please contact us at info@OilComm.com.

How do I customize my available meeting times? You can customize your meeting availability in the “My Schedule” tab under "My Meetings".

How do I update my information? Go to the home page and click on the "edit" text next to your information on the left-hand side. If you're on mobile click on the profile icon located at the bottom right of the menu bar and click on your profile.

How do I ask a question during the session? Go to the session you're interested in and start chatting in the "live discussion" box on the right-hand side. If you're on mobile, go to the session you're interested in and click on the chat bubble next to the "register" button.
