The current pandemic as well as the social movements coupled with political charged friction have created new and unique challenges for employers. The program will review the top 10 most difficult HR issues currently facing employers. The scope and expanse of issues facing employers is expansive and, in many cases, new, uncharted and developing. This program will cover a variety of different topics, which will cover some of the most pressing questions HR and business leaders currently face, such as how to: effectively using and managing remote work arrangements; address employee refusals to return to work; COVID19 related leaves of absence; and managing friction and challenges in the workplace stemming from political and/or social movement beliefs.
Learning Objectives
•Assist HR and business leaders identify pitfalls in a rapidly evolving workplace that is also occurring during an unclear, at times, inconsistent, legal landscape. •Provide the foundational tools to help HR and business leaders to navigate and address pitfalls before they become legal claims. •Focus on creating a pre-existing plan to ensure current and emergent workplace dynamics do not disrupt operation maximization
