Updates on Legal Developments For HR Practitioners

This program will focus on providing up-to-date labor and employment law developments on a federal, state and local level. While there will be some discussion centered around COVID, the primary focus is non-COVID developments including federal agency actions, the NYS Paid Sick Leave Law, the final phase in of the NYS Paid Family Leave Law, state and local legislation and upcoming amendments to the New York City Fair Chance Act. We also will cover litigation trends and “issues of the future” to keep one’s eyes on.
