A panel discussion regarding the latest COVID-related laws and regulatory changes affecting employment, employee benefit plans, and related tax issues. The panel will provide examples on how to safely implement different types of workforce modification programs relating to COVID, including return to work; and what challenges lay ahead, despite over a year’s worth of pandemic experience in the workplace, and latest changes in the circumstances.
