In furtherance of Inclusivity at Work and DEI initiatives,this session will examine legal considerations to be taken into account in the interview and hiring process, and with implementing employee programs, policies and affinity groups in order to affect change to the organziations' culture. The panel of In-House counsel attorneys will provide recommended best practices along specific examples from their respective companies.
