Learn how to practice acceptance instead of tolerance of people of trans experience in the workplace, as this has become an imperative for businesses today. Hiring and working with Transgender individuals can have subtle nuances. The work environment has been designed for cisgender people from the front door to the top officials. This has a detrimental impact on anyone who looks different and does not fit the corporate mold. This presentation aims to educate and raise consciousness around sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. You will learn new terminology, unpack old standards to update self-thinking, and take away concepts that promote a more accepting, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
