The Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSW ICB) is a statutory body which brings together NHS organisations with local authorities and other partners to work to improve population health and establish shared strategic priorities.

With a steadfast dedication to enhancing nurses' core clinical skills, Ebekmed leverages cutting-edge skill labs and simulation environments to provide immersive, hands-on training.
Working in partnership, BSW ICB and Ebek Med offers an innovative mental health nursing integration programme. Through this programme, we can resource Registered Nurses (4-year BSc general degree) in India with their English language training in place.
The BSW face-to-face, residential training programme runs for 8 weeks in locations throughout India and Sri Lanka. Offering training sessions such as the Mental Health Act; Care planning and Suicide Awareness alongside the Mental Health CBT and 2 weeks OSCE training, nurses are upskilled and ready to practice in the UK with minimal investment, per candidate upon arrival.
With ethical recruitment at the forefront of our programme, the nurses receive a payment to support them, alongside food and accommodation for the duration of the BSW education programme. We support candidates throughout the whole process enabling employers to focus on designing and implementing the required level of pastoral support and induction, when required.
