We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our ITU Nursing team at The Harborne Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility known for its advanced technology and exceptional care across specialties such as Cardiology, Cancer, and Complex Surgery.
What you'll do:
- Ensure smooth operation of the ITU.
- Mentor and support the nursing team, providing clinical leadership.
- Lead the department in the absence of the Ward Manager, overseeing patient care in the six-bedded unit.
What You’ll Bring:
- Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
- Recognised post-graduate Critical Care Course (60 credits).
- Experience in Cardiac or General ITU.
