We are recruiting an Infection Prevention and Control Lead Nurse Specialist that will set quality assurance standards in infection prevention and control for Cleveland Clinic London (CCL).
The role will provide expert knowledge and demonstrate the ability to lead the development and implementation of a full infection prevention and control programme, as outlined in the Care Quality Commission registration requirements and The Health and Social Care Act 2008.
The role will also involve the implementation of a fully integrated infection prevention approach within the hospital and outpatient settings with all teams participating in education, risk assessment, investigation of incidents, audit and changes in practice.
What we need from you:
A demonstrable track-record of experience as an Infection Prevention and Control Nurse Specialist
Experience of working in a highly-regulated environment with a solid understanding of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements
Demonstrable experience with the preparation of regulatory documents or submissions
Evidence of team leadership and managerial experience
Experience in research and quality improvements
