ICU Quality Officer

Our first healthcare facility in London will be opening in 2021 followed by the opening of our 184 bed hospital in 2022. As the ICU Quality Officer you will be responsible for driving clinical audits, quality initiatives and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with the information governance in policies and procedures. You will be based in the state-of-the-art 29 bed, Intensive Care Unit where you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, effective, efficient care for patients and relatives. You will be: • Ensuring compliance with the information governance policies on data protection • Able to prioritise and manage workload without direct supervision • A Provider of direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of CCL • Able to prioritise nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient’s condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately • Able to prioritise and manage workload without direct supervision • Able to facilitate the implementation of quality systems and improved patient outcomes as a result • Able to support the Intensive care Charge Nurses /Intensive Care Manager with the implementation and revision of core standards of care, policies and SOPs • Able to demonstrate an interest in problem solving, information communication and an outstanding eye for detail • NMC qualified • Able to show you have completed the Adult Critical Care/Intensive Care Course or equivalent We offer a selection of benefits including: • Highly Competitive Auto-Enrolment Pension Scheme • World-class training and development opportunities • Private Medical Insurance “Let’s deliver World Class care together!”
