Dementia Care Nurses

We have a range of primary care, community and crisis teams who aim to support people to remain at home for as long as possible, but we also provide intensive multidisciplinary treatment and interventions in our inpatient settings for people who are experiencing more severe behavioural and psychological distress. We truly value research and innovation and are closely linked to the Centre for Dementia Studies, which is working collaboratively to improve the quality of life of people with dementia, and their family and carers. We are exceptionally proud of our multidisciplinary services that provide person centred evidence based assessment and treatment. Our dementia teams are highly skilled and extremely passionate about what they do.
