The Education & Quality team includes Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Nursing Quality who support and develop nursing professional practice focusing on excellence, collaboration, quality, safety and best practices. The Nursing Education team fosters creativity and innovation of nursing practice. They deliver innovative teaching and learning strategies with the use of state-of-the-art information and communication technologies whilst adopting individualised experiental learning through simulation-based and inter-professional education. Our Clinical Nurse Specialists are imperative to a patients care and experience. They manage inpatient care and provide outpatient nurse-led clinics. Continual education underpinning evidence-nased practice put our Clinical Nurse Specialists at the forefront of being key role models, educators, facilitators and advocates for all of our Caregivers. Within the Education and Quality Nursing Directorate, we will be looking to recruit into the following roles; Nurse Educator CNS – Acute Pain CNS – Resuscitation Lead CNS – Diabetes CNS – Tissue Viability CNS – Urology CNS – Upper GI & HPB We will be recruiting a limited number of vacancies throughout 2020/21 and will be taking interest from patient focused Caregivers.
